Other than your own home that you live in or your business, your rental is most likely your next pride and joy and returns you an income. 

Many rental or bach owners do not live close by, therefore, making it difficult to maintain their assets. This is where we come in and take away the hassle for you.

An ongoing Service Level Agreement is a common option where a schedule of works is agreed between you and Coastal Property Services. This option can be set up to cover all the ongoing maintenance and services required while the property is either occupied fulltime or used as a rental or holiday bach.  

There is no standard template for what you require, however, below is an overview of what we commonly get asked for -

- Prior to and after any occupancy, we survey the property to check and ensure your requests have been met as per the service level agreement 

- Internal & external building maintenance and repairs (Licenced Building Practitioner)

- Electrical installation and repairs (carried out by qualified trades people)

- Plumbing and drainlaying maintenance repairs (carried out by qualified trades people)

- Gas installation maintenance and repairs (carried out by qualified trades people)

- All aspects of painting / decorating and plastering

- General garden maintenance including lawns / spraying  / landscaping

- Pest control

- Installation and maintenance of smoke alarms

- Supply and installation of fire extinguishers and fire blankets

- Design and implementation of an evacuation plan in the event of a fire
